Caitlin Fargher (b. 1995) is a multi-disciplinary artist working in sculptural installation and curating. Graduating with First Class Honours in Fine Arts at UNSW Art and Design in 2017 in Sydney, she has now returned home to be based in nipaluna/Hobart. Her work is created through an embodied practice that explores the space between familial/romantic and colonial/destructive understandings of landscape. Her practice aims to create a necessary conversation concerning both personal and entangled histories, materials and sites.
She has exhibited at UNSW Galleries, Moonah Arts Centre, Salamanca Arts Centre, Gaffa, AD Space, AirSpace Projects, Randwick Eco Park (NOX 2017),
Chippendale Arts Precinct (BEAMS 2016), Verona Cinema Paddington and District 01.
